In our mission to create dust free workplaces we are proceeding best of class dust & fume extraction system to automobile industry which includes our standards system i.e; mobile, stationary & centralized welding fume extraction system with single or multiple points of extraction. The range starts with 1.1 KW and can go up to 22 KW as standard unit. Filters can be of cartridge type, Sleeves or Bag Depending up on the dust & fume type. HEPA filter can be the best option in case the unit is going to be
placed inside production area. Our Flexible arm which are 2-3 meter in Length makes the unit user friendly & help to extract the fume going closer to the source.
Almost all kind of grinding & buffering dust can be extracted using our modular units with less footprints and are easy to maintain. Our systems are capable of extract paper weight clips abbey with dust from a smaller distance to larger distance in case of centralized systems. Automatic filter cleaning which is microprocessor based helps to maintain the efficiency of the unit at any given point of time.
Individual extraction units to suck dust & fume from working station are the best choice when there is no possibility of centralized system with dust work.
Our all the systems can be built following ATEX guidelines hence can be made available in flame proof versions in case there could be probability of five due to nature of product or area classified as explosive area.
